🏥 Insurance

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We are a participating provider with Spectera. Bring your insurance card when you visit and we'll apply your benefits toward frames, lenses, or both. Please note that when using Spectera, lenses must be processed through their approved labs.

What if my insurance isn't Spectera?

You may still be able to use your out-of-network vision benefits. We'll provide you with an itemized receipt and can supply the reimbursement form for your provider. Learn more about out-of-network reimbursement.

Can I use my FSA or HSA?

Yes! Prescription eyewear is an eligible FSA/HSA expense. Contact us if you have questions about how to apply your benefits.


🔬 Our In-House Lab & Lenses

Do you have an in-house lab?

Yes — we have our own optical lab right here in Bridgeport, CT. For most simple prescriptions, we can have your lenses cut and fitted within an hour.

How do I get same-day lenses?

Call ahead and email or text us a copy of your current prescription before your visit. We'll have everything ready so your appointment is quick and seamless. Get our contact info here.

Can you add lenses to frames I already own?

In many cases, yes! Bring your frames in and we'll assess whether they're compatible. Contact us first if you'd like to check before making the trip.

What types of lenses do you offer?

We offer single vision, bifocal, and progressive lenses. Pricing varies based on your prescription needs. See our pricing overview.

Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome, but we strongly recommend booking a free appointment so we can give you our full, undivided attention. Appointments are completely free with no obligation.

How do I book an appointment?

We're at 1120 Main Street, Bridgeport, CT 06604. Get directions.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We deliver within 25 miles of our Bridgeport store for $9.99. Beyond 25 miles, delivery is available at an additional charge depending on your location. Contact us to arrange delivery.

Do you sell contact lenses?

We partner with a trusted contact lens provider so you can order your contacts conveniently online. Order contact lenses here.

Is my glasses prescription the same as my contact lens prescription?

No — they are different. Contact lens prescriptions include additional measurements (Base Curve and Diameter) and require a separate fitting with your eye doctor. Learn more about the difference.

I ordered contacts through your site — how do I get my 30% frame discount?

Just email us at info@allthingseyes.site with proof of your contact lens order and we'll apply your 30% discount to any frame purchase. Lab fees not included.

What designer brands do you carry?

I don't understand my prescription — can you help?

Absolutely. Our team is happy to walk you through it in store. You can also read our How to Read Your Prescription guide including how to measure your PD at home.

How long is my prescription valid?

Most prescriptions are valid for 1–2 years. Check the date on yours before ordering. If it's expired, you'll need a new eye exam before we can fill your lenses.


📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–4 business days; economy shipping takes 5–8 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before your order is processed.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. If you're not satisfied, contact us at info@allthingseyes.site and we'll make it right.
