At allthingseyes.site, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer 30-day returns

Return Policy Details

  • Return Period: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-refundable, including opened or used products, and any gifts that has been provided with the product.
  • Returns: You are welcome to return your item, and we cover the return shipping costs, so you can return items at no extra charge.

How to Return an Item

  1. Please Send an Email to info@allthingseyes.site titled with Return + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason of your return.
  2. Our customer service team will reply to you within 24 hours with shipping instructions.
  3. Please carefully package our product in original condition.
  4. Once the package got returned to our warehouse in Connecticut, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item. 
  5. Once all the above steps completes, we will start the refund process.
  6. You will receive your refund in your purchasing card/PayPal within 10 business days.

Exchange Policy

We bear the exchange cost for the replacement of our product. 

  1. You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
  2. Please send an Email to info@allthingseyes.site titled with Exchange + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason of your exchange.
  3. Our customer service team will reply to you within 24 hours with shipping instructions and the exchange item you want. 
  4. Please carefully package our product in original condition.
  5. Once the package got returned to our warehouse in Connecticut, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item. 
  6. Once all the above steps completes, we will ship out the replacement package.

Damage Product Policy

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, please email us within 24 hours at info@allthingseyes.site with photos of the damaged item and packaging for assistance.

Please provide Photos of the damaged product and packaging, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.
